TL;DR
Finish the frozen strategy's unseen test review, then create a separately identified paper portfolio and record its signals, fills, cash and exits over a planned observation window. Keep revisions as separate versions. When moving to live trading, open Port to Live from the paper portfolio and review the intended brokerage, existing strategies, rule differences, buying power and supported instruments before confirming. Check the live automation setting and first orders on that exact target; historical and paper results do not establish live execution.

Open Port to Live Trading from the paper portfolio and choose the brokerage. The wizard previews the target and existing strategies. Review any strategy differences and the account connection before confirming. Follow the broker-specific connection steps and the requested account security setup.
Review the live portfolio's allocation, available buying power, supported instruments and automation setting. Confirm the exact target before enabling Automated Trading, then inspect the first evaluations and orders on that live portfolio.
Prepare the saved candidate for paper trading
Finish the unseen-test review and save the selected strategy version. From the backtest results workflow, choose Deploy. Set Portfolio Name and Initial Value. The Start Trading switch controls whether paper trading begins immediately or the portfolio is created paused. Review that setting before creating the portfolio.
Write the observation plan before starting
Choose a fixed observation window or event count suited to the strategy's cadence. A quiet strategy needs enough time to observe its entries and exits. Keep revisions as separate versions and record how they change the paper experiment.

Use an LLM to understand the signal
Give Aurora the saved paper portfolio and a timestamp. Ask it to connect the indicator values to the rule, then follow the resulting order and holdings. This makes an entry, exit or drawdown easier to understand than reading a long event object.
Explain one recorded paper strategy signal from my saved paper portfolio. Read its saved rules and recorded events around the signal timestamp. Show the available indicator values, each comparison result, the entry or exit decision, holdings before the decision, allocation, submitted order and Filled event. Explain the market hypothesis in plain language. Then inspect one drawdown period: which positions remained, which signals fired and what changed the portfolio value? Quote values only when they appear in the returned records; request the next relevant event when a value is absent. Use the results to propose a separate candidate, while preserving the original research.Ask Aurora to prepare the transition
Read my selected strategy version, unseen-test result and paper observation log. Explain the recorded signals, orders, holdings and revisions. Prepare a transition review for the exact paper portfolio and chosen brokerage: account connection, existing live strategies, rule differences, allocation, instrument support and current automation setting. Show the target and intended changes for my review before deploying or enabling live trading.
