Figma Software Engineer Offer After 6 Months of LeetCode: $300K a Year
After six months of studying system design, grinding LeetCode and applying to big tech software engineering jobs, I got a job offer to work as a software engineer at Figma. The video shows the practice list I worked through, the AI-assisted job applications, and the Figma interview invite that led to the offer.
The compensation range is around $300,000 per year; on screen is the levels.fyi page for Figma, where the L2 software engineer median total compensation reads $311K. The company card shows Figma's share price from its $115.50 first close to $21.04 on September 30, 2026, and its last four quarters of revenue and gross profit from its SEC filings: revenue grew from $274M to $370M and gross profit from $190M to $310M, up 48% and 40% year over year in Q2 2026.
