Monitor public ownership disclosures

Build disclosure watchlists and source-backed reviews with explicit publication dates and holdings limitations.

Understand each disclosure type

Institutional holdings are reported positions for a filing period. Insider events are transaction disclosures with first-public-availability semantics. Congressional disclosures can use amount ranges instead of exact amounts. Combining them requires retaining these distinct meanings.

Choose the exact manager or filer

Use exact manager CIKs, issuer CIKs and member identities. Managed producers publish list membership durably; a separate DynamicRebalance consumer uses committed membership. Inspect coverage failures rather than interpreting them as an empty universe.

Review before acting

Use membership-change alerts and a separately scheduled Aurora brief to explain the public evidence. Profiles use the recorded manager or filer identity. When a profile photo is missing, the profile shows initials.

Paper tests remain simulations and delayed disclosures are not real-time transactions. The supported workflow leads from public sources to research, then to separately reviewed account actions.
