Company overview
The fund utilizes a fund of funds structure to invest in sector-based equity ETFs. It seeks to achieve its objective through dynamic sector rotation. The Adviser focuses its research primarily on sector selection by carefully reviewing the sectors, industries, and sub-industries in the fund's portfolio. The Adviser chooses sectors the believes are undervalued and poised to respond favorably to financial market catalysts. The fund sells a security when it achieves its target price and is, in the opinion of the Adviser, no longer undervalued.

Company size
Market capitalization measures the market value of the company's equity. Read it alongside revenue, earnings and debt when comparing company size.
Price relative to earnings
P/E compares share price with trailing annual earnings per share. For a company with losses, inspect the earnings figures directly rather than treating a negative multiple as a cheap valuation.
Price relative to book equity
Price-to-book compares market equity value with recorded book equity. Intangible assets, profitability and the company's business affect how useful the comparison is.
