We are a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel allogeneic, or "off-the-shelf," cell therapies for serious neurological and ophthalmic conditions. Our programs are based on our proprietary, cell-based technology platform and associated development, formulation, delivery and manufacturing capabilities. From this platform, we design, develop, manufacture, and test specialized human cells with anatomical and physiological functions similar or identical to cells found naturally in the human body. The cells we manufacture are produced by applying directed differentiation processes to established, well-characterized, and self-renewing pluripotent cell lines. These processes are based on specific developmental lineages and generated cells with desired characteristics.
Our initial goal is to address serious neurological and ophthalmic disorders by developing and advancing allogeneic, or “off-the-shelf,” treatments comprised of functional cells transplanted to the body. Our biological therapies are derived from the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells from established and self-renewing cell lines. We direct these pluripotent cells to become specific cell types, or combinations of the desired cell types, and use those differentiated cells as the treatment to restore diseased or diminished functions, such as impaired vision, loss of movement, sensation, or hearing.

Nutriband Inc. (the “Company”, “Nutriband”, “we” or “us”), was incorporated in Nevada in January 2016. Our primary business is the development of a portfolio of transdermal pharmaceutical products. Our development pipeline primarily consists of transdermal products that are based on our proprietary AVERSA™ abuse deterrent transdermal technology that we believe can be incorporated into existing transdermal patches that contain drugs that are susceptible to abuse and misuse such as opioid and stimulant drugs.
4P Therapeutics is engaged in the development of transdermal pharmaceutical products. With the acquisition of 4P Therapeutics, 4P Therapeutics’ drug development business became the Company’s principal business. The primary focus of the business is to incorporate the Company’s Aversa abuse deterrent technology into transdermal patches containing already approved drugs. Although these drugs are already approved, the Company needs to conduct a product development program which will include the preclinical and clinical trials that are necessary to receive FDA approval before we can market any of our pharmaceutical products.

In addition to our corporate headquarters located in Carlsbad, California, we have a modern and innovative manufacturing facility in the Jerusalem Bio Park on the campus of the Hadassah University Hospital in Israel. That facility includes process development laboratories and a state-of-the-art, cGMP cell manufacturing facility. It is designed and equipped to run simultaneous cGMP processes as needed, and to produce a range of cell therapy products for human use in clinical trials as well as improve scalability for larger trials or potential commercialization (Figure 1). Currently, all of our cGMP manufacturing processes, including cell banking and product manufacturing for our cell therapy product candidates, are conducted in this facility. Figure 2. Neuroscience Focused Cell Therapy Pipeline 9 Clinical Stage Cell Transplant Programs OpRegen® (RG6501)
Manufacturing of pluripotent-derived products is complex and requires the use of innovative technologies to handle living cells. Manufacturing these products requires facilities specifically designed for and validated for this purpose and specific quality assurance and quality control procedures are necessary. Currently, all of our cGMP manufacturing processes, including cell banking, staff training, and product manufacturing for our cell therapy product candidates, are conducted at our internally-controlled facility at CCN. The facility, which includes process development laboratories and a cGMP manufacturing facility, is designed and equipped to enable simultaneous cGMP processes and to produce a range of cell therapy products for human use in clinical trials as well as at a scale suitable for commercial launch.

Our product candidates consist of functional cells that may be able to replace faulty or absent cells, attenuate disease progression, or facilitate tissue repair. We are currently in clinical development with two pluripotent cell-derived product candidates (RPE cells and oligodendrocyte progenitor cells), and preclinical and research development for two additional candidates (auditory neurons and photoreceptor cells). In addition, we are investing in additional edited and non-edited pluripotent cell lines and are considering the differentiation of those pluripotent cells into additional cell types that may have therapeutic benefits in other areas of unmet medical need.

Behind the comparison

Sources and methodology

Price return uses split-adjusted daily closes and excludes dividends. Both stocks start on the first shared trading day within the selected window. Unavailable metrics leave gaps.

Financials use SEC canonical statements available by the displayed cutoff, retaining each company's fiscal period end. Annual and quarterly amounts are shown separately. P/E is unavailable when earnings do not support a positive ratio.

Business overlap uses industry tags from annual filings released in 2025. Each core activity receives full weight; each material activity receives one quarter of that weight. Rarer industries carry more weight. We sum the smaller exposure for each shared activity and divide it by the sum of the larger exposure for every activity in either company. This measures business overlap, rather than price correlation or expected returns.

Search eligibility requires distinct issuers, a shared core category and at least 20% weighted overlap, supported by industry or sector evidence and specific business activities. Broad classifications require stronger overlap within the same sector. Comparisons also need at least 252 shared price observations within two years, recent trading and a common sourced revenue or net-income trend. Missing P/E or gross margin alone does not exclude a comparison. The eligibility snapshot refreshes daily. Related comparisons use a separate, stricter peer rule; their ten-peer discovery limit does not limit search eligibility. Other stock pairs remain available in the comparison tool.
