On December 28, 2023, our board of directors (“Board”)
approved a 1:20 reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”) of our outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.0001
per share (“Common Stock”), which became effective on January 2, 2024. In connection with the Reverse Stock Split, there was
a corresponding reduction in the number of authorized shares of Common Stock to 100,000,000.
Unless otherwise noted, the

Overview
We are a clinical-stage biotechnology
company focused on the discovery, research and development of innovative treatments for central nervous system (CNS) disorders and other
diseases, including RASopathies and certain cancers. Our remaining two programs,
PAS-003 and PAS-001, are in the earlier stages of development and are based on novel targets for the treatment of CNS disorders. PAS-003
is being developed for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), while PAS-001 is targeted for schizophrenia.
Our
PAS-003 program aims to develop a proprietary humanized monoclonal antibody (“mAb”) with a mechanism-of-action targeting a5b1
integrin for the treatment of ALS and potentially address other CNS disorders, such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and stroke. We believe
targeting a5b1
integrin may have a beneficial impact on disease due to modulation of multiple cell types and mechanisms involved in neuroinflammation,
which occurs in ALS. We acquired PAS-003 in connection with our acquisition of Alpha-5 Integrin, LLC, a privately held biotechnology company,
in June 2022. Read the annual filing ↗ PYPD Core Annual filing released 2025-02-26 · GPT 6 Luna

by pairing our PLEX technology with drugs already approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, or innovative drug candidates
to achieve a novel therapeutic effect. Our PLEX technology is designed to deliver drugs directly to targeted treated sites in the body
at predetermined release rates and predetermined durations ranging from several days to several months. We believe that our PLEX technology
and product candidates have the potential to significantly improve the management of a variety of medical conditions, including surgical
site infections, or SSIs, and cancer. a. PolyPid Ltd. (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of Israel and commenced operations on February 28, 2008. The Company is a Phase 3 biopharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted, locally administered, and prolonged-release therapeutics using its proprietary PLEX (Polymer-Lipid Encapsulation matriX) technology. The Company’s product candidates are designed to address unmet medical needs by delivering active pharmaceutical ingredients locally at predetermined release rates and durations over extended periods ranging from days to several months. The Company is initially focused on the development of its lead product candidate, D-PLEX100, which incorporates an antibiotic for the prevention of surgical site infection in bone and soft tissue. Through December 31, 2024, the Company has been primarily engaged in research and development. Read the annual filing ↗ KTTA Core Annual filing released 2025-03-24 · GPT 6 Luna

cleared our Investigational New Drug application (the “IND”) for PAS-004 and we received a study may proceed letter for our
first-in-human Phase 1 multicenter, open-label trial of PAS-004 in patients with MAPK pathway-driven advanced tumors with a documented
RAS, NF1 or RAF mutation or patients who have failed BRAF/MEK inhibition (the “FIH Phase 1 Dose Escalation Study”). We are
currently conducting the FIH Phase 1 Dose Escalation Study at four clinical sites in the U.S. and three sites in Eastern Europe. The primary
objective of the FIH Phase 1 Dose Escalation Study is to assess the safety and tolerability of PAS-004 when administered as a single dose

In
addition to our lead program D-PLEX100, our pipeline includes an early-stage oncology program, OncoPLEX, PolyPid’s lead
intra-tumoral cancer therapy drug candidate. OncoPLEX utilizes our PLEX technology to provide controlled local exposure to docetaxel,
one of the most widely used chemotherapy agents, directly at the tumor site for several weeks. OncoPLEX may be used as an adjuvant and
applied at the intra-operative setting post-tumor resection to potentially reduce local tumor reoccurrence, the potential spreading of
cancer cells, and ultimately improve the overall survival rate of cancer patients. OncoPLEX may also be used as a neoadjuvant and injected
directly into the tumor to potentially reduce tumor volume and improve survival. In

We are advancing a
pipeline of three therapeutic product candidates, with a focus on our lead product candidate, PAS-004, a next-generation macrocyclic
(as defined below) mitogen-activated protein kinase, or MEK inhibitor, that we believe may address the limitations and liabilities

(“NF1”), a number of MAPK pathway driven tumors, such as BRAFv600 and BRAF fusion tumors, among other indications

We
continue to invest in our state-of-the-art, sterile manufacturing facility that is cGMP certified by the Israeli Ministry of Health,
or IMOH, and inspected by an EU-qualified person enabling cGMP manufacturing of D-PLEX100 for our SHIELD II trial. We have
recently successfully completed the expansion of our manufacturing capabilities and finalized the commercial process validation. We intend
to use this manufacturing capacity as the basis to build a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company, supported by our in-house research
and development and regulatory team and our anticipated commercial infrastructure. In September 2023, the IMOH completed a GMP audit
of our manufacturing facility without any critical or major findings. The audit was conducted as part of IMOH’s routine evaluation
of our manufacturing process for D-PLEX100. We
currently lease approximately 22,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, sterile manufacturing facility in Israel to enhance supply chain
control, increase our supply capacity and meet clinical demand for our ongoing and planned clinical trials of D-PLEX100, as
well as for initial commercial demand if D-PLEX100 is approved and for manufacturing additional potential future PLEX products.
The facility is designed to comply with the FDA’s current good manufacturing practice, or cGMP, regulations, and EMA regulations.
In 2019, the facility was cGMP certified by the IMOH and inspected by an EU-qualified person, enabling cGMP manufacturing of D-PLEX100
for our ongoing and planned clinical trials of D-PLEX100 as well as for future commercial products. Read the annual filing ↗ What each company does Compare the businesses PS

Business overlap uses industry tags from annual filings released in 2025. Each core activity receives full weight; each material activity receives one quarter of that weight. Rarer industries carry more weight. We sum the smaller exposure for each shared activity and divide it by the sum of the larger exposure for every activity in either company. This measures business overlap, rather than price correlation or expected returns.
Search eligibility requires distinct issuers, a shared core category and at least 20% weighted overlap, supported by industry or sector evidence and specific business activities. Broad classifications require stronger overlap within the same sector. Comparisons also need at least 252 shared price observations within two years, recent trading and a common sourced revenue or net-income trend. Missing P/E or gross margin alone does not exclude a comparison. The eligibility snapshot refreshes daily. Related comparisons use a separate, stricter peer rule; their ten-peer discovery limit does not limit search eligibility. Other stock pairs remain available in the comparison tool.
