We are building an innovative portfolio of TCE bispecific therapeutics, including CTIM-76, a Claudin 6 (“CLDN6”) x CD3 TCE, CT-95, a Mesothelin (“MSLN”) x CD3 TCE, and CT-202, a Nectin cell adhesion protein 4 (“Nectin-4”) x CD3 TCE. Our pipeline is shown below:
CTIM-76 is a CLDN6 x CD3 TCE that is intended to redirect T-cell-mediated lysis toward malignant cells expressing CLDN6. CLDN6 is a tight junction membrane protein target expressed in multiple solid tumors and absent from or expressed at low levels in healthy adult tissues. IND-enabling studies on CTIM-76 have been completed. On May 2, 2024, we announced the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) cleared our IND application to support the initiation of a Phase 1 dose escalation and expansion trial of CTIM-76 in patients with CLDN6-positive gynecologic and testicular cancers. We dosed the first patient in our CTIM-76 Phase 1 trial in January 2025. We expect to share initial data for the CTIM-76 Phase 1 trial in the first half of 2026.

We are developing small molecule antiviral therapeutics that inhibit the essential viral replication function of RNA viruses causing acute and chronic viral diseases. Our goals include treating and preventing influenza virus, coronavirus, and norovirus infections by discovering and developing direct-acting antiviral drug candidates targeting required steps in the viral replication process. To discover and design these direct-acting antiviral drug candidates, we use a proprietary platform comprising computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, X-ray crystallography and our extensive know-how. We determine the structures of cocrystals containing the inhibitors bound to the viral enzyme or protein to guide our structure-based drug design. We also use advanced computational methods to screen and design product candidates using proprietary high-resolution cocrystal structural information.
Additionally, we have developed proprietary chemical libraries consisting of non-nucleoside inhibitors, metal-binding inhibitors, and drug-like fragments. Our drug discovery process is different from traditional, empirical, medicinal chemistry approaches that often require iterative high-throughput compound screening and lengthy hit-to-lead processes. We will continue developing preclinical and clinical drug candidates using our proprietary drug discovery technology. The Company’s proprietary technology integrates several powerful and specialized computational techniques for drug design: (1) Selection of viral drug targets amenable to broad-spectrum antiviral drug development and essential for viral genome replication; (2) Atomic resolution 3-D structure determination of drug-binding pockets;

Behind the comparison

Sources and methodology

Price return uses split-adjusted daily closes and excludes dividends. Both stocks start on the first shared trading day within the selected window. Unavailable metrics leave gaps.

Financials use SEC canonical statements available by the displayed cutoff, retaining each company's fiscal period end. Annual and quarterly amounts are shown separately. P/E is unavailable when earnings do not support a positive ratio.

Business overlap uses industry tags from annual filings released in 2025. Each core activity receives full weight; each material activity receives one quarter of that weight. Rarer industries carry more weight. We sum the smaller exposure for each shared activity and divide it by the sum of the larger exposure for every activity in either company. This measures business overlap, rather than price correlation or expected returns.

Search eligibility requires distinct issuers, a shared core category and at least 20% weighted overlap, supported by industry or sector evidence and specific business activities. Broad classifications require stronger overlap within the same sector. Comparisons also need at least 252 shared price observations within two years, recent trading and a common sourced revenue or net-income trend. Missing P/E or gross margin alone does not exclude a comparison. The eligibility snapshot refreshes daily. Related comparisons use a separate, stricter peer rule; their ten-peer discovery limit does not limit search eligibility. Other stock pairs remain available in the comparison tool.

Statements available through 2026-10-22. Industry snapshot: 2025-12-31 · 5,721 classified issuers.
