The Global Services segment provides services for advisory and enablement, implementation, and maintenance, support, and learning activities. Ciena Corporation was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Hanover, Maryland.

GSI Technology, Inc. designs, develops, and markets semiconductor memory solutions for networking, industrial, test equipment, medical, aerospace, and military customers in the United States, China, Singapore, Germany, the Netherlands, and internationally.
