We are a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of targeted therapies for the treatment of multiple solid tumor indications. Our lead therapeutic candidate is gedatolisib, a potent, well-tolerated, small molecule reversible inhibitor, administered intravenously, that selectively targets all Class I isoforms of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (“PI3K”) and the two mechanistic targets of rapamycin (“mTOR”) sub-complexes, mTORC1 and mTORC2. Gedatolisib’s mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic properties are differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3K or mTOR alone or together.

In December 2022, we dosed the first patient in our Phase 3, open-label, randomized two-part clinical trial, VIKTORIA-1. This trial is evaluating the efficacy and safety of gedatolisib in combination with fulvestrant with and without palbociclib in adults with HR+, HER2- advanced breast cancer who have received prior treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor in combination with an aromatase inhibitor. Two studies based on PIK3CA mutation status are included in the trial. According to confirmed PIK3CA mutation status, patients will be manually assigned to a cohort evaluating patients who have PIK3CA wild type (“WT”) tumors or to a cohort evaluating patients who have PIK3CA mutant (“MT”) tumors. The two cohorts are randomized separately.

Behind the comparison

Sources and methodology

Price return uses split-adjusted daily closes and excludes dividends. Both stocks start on the first shared trading day within the selected window. Unavailable metrics leave gaps.

Financials use SEC canonical statements available by the displayed cutoff, retaining each company's fiscal period end. Annual and quarterly amounts are shown separately. P/E is unavailable when earnings do not support a positive ratio.

Business overlap uses industry tags from annual filings released in 2025. Each core activity receives full weight; each material activity receives one quarter of that weight. Rarer industries carry more weight. We sum the smaller exposure for each shared activity and divide it by the sum of the larger exposure for every activity in either company. This measures business overlap, rather than price correlation or expected returns.

Related comparisons require a shared specific core activity and at least 20% overlap. Broad categories alone do not establish a close peer relationship. Identical classifications can score 100% even when companies sell different products. We select up to ten leading peers per issuer for discovery, combine both directions, and require current common shares, public company profiles and stored price observations. Arbitrary stock pairs remain available.
