It also owns interests in Colquijirca, La Zanja, Cerro Verde, El Brocal, Coimolache, Yumpaq, San Gregorio mines, and Trapiche mining unit. Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. was incorporated in 1953 and is based in Lima, Peru.

The company holds 100% interests in the CK gold project, which consists of various mining leases and other mineral rights covering an area of approximately 1,120 acres located in Laramie County, Wyoming; the Keystone project that consists of 601 unpatented lode mining claims covering an area of approximately 20 square miles located in Eureka County, Nevada; and the Challis gold project, which consists of 77 unpatented lode mining claims covering an area of approximately 1,710 acres located in Lemhi County, Idaho. It also holds a royalty potential of 0.5% in the Maggie Creek project located in Nevada. U.S. Gold Corp. was founded in 2014 and is based in Elko, Nevada.
