B.Business Overview Overview We are a clinical stage biopharmaceutical drug development company focused on advancing novel therapeutics targeting degenerative retinal diseases which have significant unmet medical need such as (i) Geographic Atrophy (GA), the late atrophic (“dry”) form of age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and (ii) Stargardt disease type 1 (STGD1). Both GA and STGD1 cause progressive loss of vision leading to permanent blindness in almost all cases.
Our in-house discovery, research and development team focuses on identifying small-molecule compounds in our core therapeutic areas of macular degeneration and age-related metabolic diseases. The initiation of our research and development process begins with the identification and establishment of a research project. Upon conclusion of this initial process, an internal project report is produced by the research project team, which includes topics such as project background, significance, development history and research status, mechanism of action, PK, PD, clinical application, safety, drug interaction and market analysis, among other things. We have relied on and plan to continue to rely on third-party CROs to monitor and manage data for some of our ongoing preclinical studies and clinical trials.

Tinlarebant (LBS-008) Our lead product candidate, Tinlarebant (a/k/a LBS-008), is an orally administered, once-a-day tablet intended as an early intervention for maintaining the health and integrity of retinal tissues in STGD1 and GA patients. Currently, there are no FDA approved treatments for STGD1 and no approved orally administered treatments for GA.

Narsoplimab (OMS721), the lead product candidate in our pipeline of complement-targeted therapeutics, is a proprietary, patented human monoclonal antibody inhibitor of MASP-2, the key activator of the lectin pathway. Clinical development of narsoplimab is currently focused primarily on hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (“TA-TMA”). We are also developing OMS1029, our long-acting antibody and an orally administered small molecule targeting MASP-2 and the lectin pathway. 1 Table of Contents

The objective of our oncology program is to move beyond existing targeted biologics, such as antibody-drug conjugates (“ADC”), which have small therapeutic indexes and limited tissue penetrance, and beyond engineered cellular-therapies, such as CAR-T cells, which are expensive and time-consuming. Building on our understanding of immunity, both innate, e.g., complement-mediated, and adaptive, meaning B-cells as well as CD4 and CD8 T-cells, we are developing a portfolio of next generation biologics to treat cancer. It consists of new modalities of targeted drug conjugates, with better therapeutic indexes and better tissue penetrance, which we believe could eventually sideline the current ADC technology. Our portfolio also includes an adoptive T-cell technology combined with an immunostimulator that is easier, faster and cheaper than current cellular therapy approaches.

Behind the comparison

Sources and methodology

Price return uses split-adjusted daily closes and excludes dividends. Both stocks start on the first shared trading day within the selected window. Unavailable metrics leave gaps.

Financials use SEC canonical statements available by the displayed cutoff, retaining each company's fiscal period end. Annual and quarterly amounts are shown separately. P/E is unavailable when earnings do not support a positive ratio.

Business overlap uses industry tags from annual filings released in 2025. Each core activity receives full weight; each material activity receives one quarter of that weight. Rarer industries carry more weight. We sum the smaller exposure for each shared activity and divide it by the sum of the larger exposure for every activity in either company. This measures business overlap, rather than price correlation or expected returns.

Search eligibility requires distinct issuers, a shared core category and at least 20% weighted overlap, supported by industry or sector evidence and specific business activities. Broad classifications require stronger overlap within the same sector. Comparisons also need at least 252 shared price observations within two years, recent trading and a common sourced revenue or net-income trend. Missing P/E or gross margin alone does not exclude a comparison. The eligibility snapshot refreshes daily. Related comparisons use a separate, stricter peer rule; their ten-peer discovery limit does not limit search eligibility. Other stock pairs remain available in the comparison tool.
