Our Integrated Drug Creation Platform
For over a decade, we have used synthetic biology technologies to generate antibodies at a large scale and to validate them in wet lab testing, thereby generating high-quality large datasets that can be in turn used to train and refine our AI generative models. Specifically, we believe our lab-in-the-loop process allows us to rapidly improve AI models and accelerate the design and optimization of product candidates with potentially novel, best-in-class attributes. With the data to learn, the AI to create, and the wet lab to validate, we believe we can create billions of antibody designs and screen millions of ranked antibody sequences in weeks, allowing us to go from AI-designed to wet lab-validated product candidates in as little as six weeks. Our business model not only secures a focused set of therapeutic areas, but also gives us greater optionality, enhancing our ability to pivot and adapt as the programs progress. We believe we will grow and diversify our portfolio of programs through our model, ultimately driving innovation and delivering value for all stakeholders.

interests in clinical and early-stage companies that develop pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Our lead candidate is Trappsol®
Cyclo™, which is being evaluated in clinical trials for the potential treatment of Niemann-Pick Disease Type C1 (“NPC1”),
a rare, fatal and progressive genetic disorder. We also hold: (i) a majority equity interest in LipoMedix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (“LipoMedix”),
a clinical stage pharmaceutical company; (ii) Barer Institute Inc. (“Barer”), a wholly-owned cancer research focused entity
whose operations have been substantially curtailed; (iii) a majority interest in Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Cornerstone”),
formerly known as Rafael Pharmaceuticals Inc., a cancer metabolism-based therapeutics company; Cyclo is currently conducting a Phase 3 Clinical Trial evaluating Trappsol® Cyclo™
in Pediatric and Adult Patients with Niemann-Pick Disease, Type C1. On March 25, 2025, we consummated the Merger with Cyclo whereby
Cyclo became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. See Note 3 to our Consolidated Financial Statements for more information on the

ABS-101
Our first development candidate, ABS-101 is in development as a potential treatment for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). IBD is a chronic condition characterized by inflammation within the gastrointestinal tract and encompasses two main disorders: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s Disease (CD). UC primarily affects the colon and the rectum, and symptoms include bloody diarrhea, abdominal pain, bowel urgency, and frequent bowel movements. CD can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, from the mouth to the anus, and symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, fatigue, and complications such as strictures or fistulas. Additionally, while we endeavored to create antibodies with the same attributes as those of competitive antibodies, we cannot assure you that they are comparable to or better than those being developed by our competitors, nor can we assure you that direct comparisons of ABS-101 to those of our competitors will produce similar results.
Preclinical development of ABS-101 is ongoing in preparation for a potential regulatory filing in the first half of 2025, and an anticipated interim clinical readout in the second half of 2025.
ABS-201
Our second development candidate, ABS-201 is in development as a potential treatment for androgenic alopecia (AGA). AGA is an indication with a significant clinical unmet need and a potential patient population of approximately 80 million individuals in the United States alone. Our Business Model
Our business model is focused on monetizing our Integrated Drug Creation platform by generating internally developed programs that are later partnered or out-licensed following certain value inflection points (anywhere from preclinical through clinical development) or by partnering with third parties who wish to leverage our Integrated Drug Creation platform for early discovery efforts in a variety of deal structures.
Internally Developed Programs: We believe that by developing our own pipeline, we will create optionality for enhanced monetization and validation of our Integrated Drug Creation platform. With the ability to selectively choose both novel and fast-follower targets, in addition to develop potentially best-in-class attributes, we aim to take our internally developed programs to certain value inflection points before considering partnering or out-licensing opportunities.
Partnered Programs:
•Drug Creation Programs: We enter into collaborations with third parties who are seeking to leverage our platform to solve challenging problems. We work closely with our partners on single and multi-target programs to develop product candidates against targets they have selected. LipoMedix is a clinical stage company, based in Israel, focused on
the development of a product candidate, Promitil®, that holds the potential to be an innovative, safe, and effective cancer therapy
based on liposome delivery. As of July 31, 2025, the Company’s ownership interest in LipoMedix was approximately 95%. As needed,
the Company provides funding to LipoMedix through intercompany promissory notes which are used to support research and development activities.
LipoMedix is currently exploring strategic options for the Promitil® program, including potential licensing opportunities, collaborations
with industry partners, and investigator-initiated studies.
7
About Promitil®: Despite advances in systemic
combination chemotherapies, survival outcomes in PDAC remain poor.
Based on the reported indications of preclinical
and clinical activity of MMC in BRCA-mutated tumors and data suggesting a potential favorable safety profile of Promitil® in earlier
clinical studies, LipoMedix initiated a Phase IIa clinical trial to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of Promitil® in
patients with deleterious germline mutations in BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2. This study was conducted across six hospitals in Israel.
While the treatment was generally well tolerated,
the study did not meet its efficacy endpoints. These results underscore the complexity of treating BRCA- and PALB2-mutated pancreatic
and other cancers, and highlight the need for continued research into novel therapeutic strategies for this challenging patient population. Read the annual filing ↗ ABSI Not tagged Annual filing released 2025-03-18 · GPT 6 Luna

Business overlap uses industry tags from annual filings released in 2025. Each core activity receives full weight; each material activity receives one quarter of that weight. Rarer industries carry more weight. We sum the smaller exposure for each shared activity and divide it by the sum of the larger exposure for every activity in either company. This measures business overlap, rather than price correlation or expected returns.
Search eligibility requires distinct issuers, a shared core category and at least 20% weighted overlap, supported by industry or sector evidence and specific business activities. Broad classifications require stronger overlap within the same sector. Comparisons also need at least 252 shared price observations within two years, recent trading and a common sourced revenue or net-income trend. Missing P/E or gross margin alone does not exclude a comparison. The eligibility snapshot refreshes daily. Related comparisons use a separate, stricter peer rule; their ten-peer discovery limit does not limit search eligibility. Other stock pairs remain available in the comparison tool.
