Definition

A member's publicly known equity or option purchase dollars divided by the sum of both, across all disclosed tickers. Event versions enter only when public. Unclassified instruments are excluded. purchaseScope defaults to AllPurchases for historical flow. RemainingLots sums surviving original purchase costs after reported full sales and exercises, excluding unresolved ticker buckets. Unknown partial quantities retain their estimate. Neither setting is current market value or verified holdings.

Bioguide member ID, instrument (Equity or Option), amount basis (LowerBound, Midpoint, UpperBound), purchase scope (AllPurchases or RemainingLots)

Output range: 0 to 100 percent; zero before a qualifying purchase

Use in a strategy

Add this indicator to a strategy condition, choose its supported parameters and compare the output with the threshold required by your rule. Preserve the same interval and lookback when comparing backtests.

After saving the condition, inspect its asset, interval, lookback and comparison operator against the parameters above.
