The Global Knowledge segment provides virtual, in-classroom, and on-demand training solutions geared at foundational, practitioner, and expert information technology professionals. This segment also provides authorized content from various partners, which provides professional certifications for individuals that successfully complete all requirements. The company markets and sells its products to enterprises, government agencies, and educational institutions. Skillsoft Corp. was incorporated in 2019 and is based in Nashua, New Hampshire.
