It also develops non-oncology drugs consisting of PCS12852 that is in Phase 2B clinical trials for treatment of gastroparesis; and PCS499 for the treatment of glomerular disease. The company has license agreements with Elion Oncology, Inc.; Ocuphire Pharma, Inc.; Aposense, Ltd.; Yuhan Corporation; and CoNCERT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded in 2017 and is based in Hanover, Maryland.
