The company develops ORIC-533, an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of CD73; and ORIC-613, a small molecule therapeutic intended to address a mechanism of innate resistance found in a subset of breast cancers. It has clinical development collaboration agreement for a potential Phase 2 study of ORIC-533 in multiple myeloma with Pfizer Inc.; a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Bayer to evaluate ORIC-944 in combination with Nubeqa AR inhibitor; and a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Johnson & Johnson to evaluate ORIC 944 in combination with Erleada AR inhibitor.
