The fund invests in a portfolio substantially composed of short-term U.S. Treasury securities, cash and cash equivalents, and in the shares of a wholly-owned subsidiary (the "Subsidiary") that holds FLexible Exchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the price performance of the underlying ETF.
