Stocks plus at-the-money yearly calls at $100K. New public equity or option disclosures update the share arm once; new public option disclosures update the call arm once. Both arms also maintain targets once per trading week, including replenishing calls while disclosed option purchases remain after reported sales. This modeled maintenance is not a newly reported trade. Eligibility and weights use estimated remaining disclosed purchase costs; unknown partial quantities retain their estimate. Stock and option budgets follow the historical public purchase-cost mix as an allocation policy, not an estimate of current holdings. Options receive buying-power priority, weighted whole-contract sizing, and modeled funding sales of lower-weight calls when a higher-weight replacement is affordable. Those funding sales are not disclosed transactions. It cannot establish the politician's exact holdings or quantities. Backtest returns describe this strategy, not the politician's actual portfolio.
