Congressional Trade Research to Four Portfolio Drafts
NexusTrade screens a September congressional-disclosure cohort, identifies stronger and more consistent historical performers, then creates four inactive $100,000 portfolio variants using Stock Screener and Generate Portfolios, without Run Compute.
User: Of all members of Congress who traded in September 2026, who made the most money in 2024, 2025, 2026, and from 2024 through today, and create several portfolio variants based on the most consistently strong politicians.
Aurora: 1. **Stock Screener** — Rank all members of Congress whose transactions became first publicly available in September 2026, using the existing congressional-trades history through September 21, 2026. Report each politician's performance separately for 2024, 2025, 2026, and the full period from January 1, 2024 through today, with the sample sizes, availability-safe timing, and a consistency measure across those periods. Use transaction dates only as a separately labeled hindsight view, not as the primary cohort definition. 2. **Generate Portfolios** — Create several independent portfolio variants based on the consistently strongest politicians identified in step 1, preserving the congressional-disclosure signal and point-in-time availability. Include clearly labeled variants for the strongest overall consistency, strongest recent performance, and a diversified group of consistently strong members; do not freeze today's politician roster into a historical backtest universe, and do not deploy or place trades. 3. **finalAnswer** — Identify who ranked first under each requested period and the consistency rule, summarize the portfolio variants and their assumptions, and state any data-co…
User: Stock Screener: Rank all members of Congress whose transactions first became publicly available in September 2026 (firstAvailableAt in 2026-09-01 to 2026-09-21) using the existing congressional-trades history through September 21, 2026. For each politician in that September-2026 available cohort, report performance separately for calendar 2024, calendar 2025, year-to-date 2026, and the full period January 1, 2024 through September 21, 2026, with trade counts/sample sizes per period, availability-safe timing (use firstAvailableAt / disclosure availability, not transactionDate, for the primary cohort and timing), and a consistency measure across the 2024/2025/2026 periods. Include a separately labeled hindsight view using transactionDate for reference only. Identify who made the most money in each of 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2024-through-today under the primary availability-safe definition.

Use firstAvailableAt disclosure availability for eligibility and entry timing, never transactionDate hindsight. Universe must be dynamic point-in-time (ALL_US_STOCKS filtered at each rebalance by recent qualifying disclosures), do NOT freeze today's politician roster into a fixed SPECIFIC_ASSETS list for historical trading. Exclude options and option-disclosure signals. 1. Consistency Leaders - Gottheimer plus Khanna: follow disclosed purchases of Josh Gottheimer and Rohit Khanna only. These are the two highest full-period average returns with large multi-year samples present in 2024, 2025, and 2026 year-to-date (Gottheimer 394 trades 209/136/49 avg 23.32%, Khanna 5918 trades 2110/2082/1726 avg 20.69%). Activity-weighted entries on new disclosures, monthly rebalance. 2. Recent Strength - Wied Fields Cisneros: follow disclosed purchases of Tony Wied, Cleo Fields, and Gilbert Cisneros only. These are the September-2026 cohort members with positive excess vs SPY (Wied 20.68% avg +4.08 excess 0…
