User: If the rate of change of TQQQ's high price is greater than or equal to -0.1 and we have no TQQQ positions, buy 100% of our buying power in TQQQ. If the rate of change of TQQQ's low price is less than or equal to -0.1, sell 100% of position value in TQQQ
User: Change the assets to SPY
User: Change -0.1 to .1
User: Change 0..1 to -0.5
User: Change all -0.1 valus to -0.5 too
User: Change ALL -0.5 values to 0.5
User: Change ALL 0.5 values to -1
User: change the buying and selling condition to use -1 instead of -0.5
