The current market observation time in Unix seconds, including fractions. Unlike CurrentTimeSeconds (seconds since Eastern midnight), this absolute clock continues across dates. In a backtest it is simulation time; in paper and live trading it is the market evaluation time.

CurrentTimestamp() - ChartBar(..., endTime) measures a completed candle's age in seconds.
Use this value as a time filter alongside the trading condition. A matching month or hour can remain true across many evaluations. Add a position check or choose an evaluation schedule to control repeated orders.
